Manufactured Home Certification

A manufactured home is any factory-built home in the United States that is build conforming to HUD Title 6 construction standards. The HUD code was implemented and took effect starting June 15, 1976. Manufactured homes are built on a permanent chassis to ensure transportability but generally not moved from its initial installed site.

For VA & FHA- insured loans, the foundation on all manufactured homes must meet a certain criteria of structural stability and a HUD Compliant Certification is required. We, partnered with Manufactured Home Certifications, LLC, determine if the foundation is in compliance with HUD/FHA, VA requirements and provide the proper reports to the lender.
